These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SYNQ PROJECT LIMITED's services, including our 10-week transformation programmes ("Programme") and website. By purchasing, enrolling in, or using any SYNQ services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Programme Overview
SYNQ provides structured 10-week fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle programmes delivered primarily through online platforms. The Programme includes:
Text-based group coaching
Training plans updated every 2 weeks
Nutrition guidance
Weekly accountability messages
Community support
2. Eligibility
By enrolling in SYNQ, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
Participation is appropriate for your health and physical condition
You have consulted with a healthcare professional if you have any pre-existing conditions or concerns
3. Registration and Payment
Programme fees must be paid in full at the time of registration via Stripe.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. SYNQ does not store your payment information.
Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of the Programme and limited spaces per intake, all sales are final once Programme planning has commenced.
Refund requests may be submitted up to 7 days before the Programme start date.
Any cancellation request made within 7 days before the Programme start date will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds, where applicable, are granted at SYNQ’s discretion and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Programme Access
Access to training plans, coaching, and community platforms is provided for the duration of the Programme.
SYNQ reserves the right to modify or update content, schedule, or features to improve the Programme.
You are responsible for your own fitness, safety, and adherence to the Programme.
6. Health and Safety
The Programme may involve physical exercise and nutrition guidance.
You are solely responsible for your own health and safety while participating.
SYNQ is not liable for any injury, health issues, or adverse outcomes resulting from participation.
Always consult a medical professional before starting any new exercise or diet regimen.
7. Intellectual Property
All Programme content, including training plans, guides, and materials, are owned by SYNQ PROJECT LIMITED.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share content outside of the Programme without written permission.
8. Conduct and Community Guidelines
Participants must respect other members and coaches in all communications.
Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the Programme without refund.
SYNQ reserves the right to moderate community spaces to maintain a safe and positive environment.
9. Limitation of Liability
SYNQ PROJECT LIMITED provides guidance and support but cannot guarantee specific results.
By enrolling, you agree that SYNQ is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from participation.
10. Privacy

You consent to SYNQ processing your data to deliver the Programme and related services.
11. Changes to Terms
SYNQ reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any disputes arising from participation or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
